November 2011

Youth for Understanding is a wonderful organization that sends students abroad to live with a host family for a summer, semester or year. It’s a great way for high school students to put the foreign language that they are studying to practical use, build up their resume for college and have a great life changing experience.

Subject: United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Gateway to Leadership

Do you know a college student at a Historically Black College/University (HBCU) studying accounting, banking, economics, or finance?

The United Negro College Fund with National Association of Advancement of Color People (NAACP) adminsters the Gateway to Leadership (GTL), a program which was established in 2007 by Money Management Institute ( MMI).
